    • We act as agents for carefully selected third-party suppliers, giving you a wide range of protected travel options.
  • Is my booking financially protected?

    • Yes. We are proud members of Protected Trust Services (PTS). All client payments are held in an independent trust account, meaning your money is 100% protected until your trip is complete.
  • What is the booking process?

    • Once you choose your perfect escape, we’ll take a deposit to secure the arrangements and send a confirmation.
    • The remaining balance is due on the date specified.
    • You will receive reminders and support along the way.
  • What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?

    • Cancellations and amendments depend on the terms of the individual suppliers.
    • Fees may apply. We always recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
  • Do I need travel insurance?

    • Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings.
    • It should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings. If you need guidance, we are happy to help.
  • Are there any hidden costs?

    • We are upfront and transparent. Any mandatory resort fees or local taxes will be highlighted, but some may only be payable at your destination (e.g. hotel resort fees or tourist taxes).
  • Will I receive help with travel documents?

    • Absolutely. We will advise on passport validity, visa requirements, and health regulations, but it's your responsibility to ensure these are in place before departure.
  • Can I make special requests (e.g. room type, dietary needs)?

    • Of course! We pass on all requests to our suppliers, though we can’t guarantee fulfilment. The earlier we know, the better chance we have of making it happen.
  • What if something goes wrong on my holiday?

    • Please contact your local supplier or representative immediately. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact Explore Escapes and we’ll step in to support and assist as best we can.
  • How will my data be used?

    • We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is only shared with the suppliers necessary to fulfil your booking. Read our full Privacy Policy for more information.
